All about my winter food menus …π

I think for me winter is all about cooking the delecious recipes on a wood fire.. & enjoying the environment….enjoying the mouthwatering dish! Cooking on a wood fire increase the flavour of the foods, which taste delicious…!Here is the recipe of mutton curry which i cooked over on a wood fire…It was super delicious..the smokey flavour which comes from the wood fire added more taste into the dish.
Ingredients
Mutton 1kg
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Sugar a pinch
Water as required
Onion chopped 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tblspn
Chopped tomatoes 3
Green chillies 4 chopped
Cumin seeds 2teaspn
Turmeric powder 1teaspn
Redchilli powder 1teaspn
Homemade garam masala powder 1tblspn
Dry red chillies 3
Cumin powder 2teaspn
Coriander powder 2 1/2 teaspn
Curd 1cup (beaten)
Chopped coriander leaves 1cup

Method
At first wash the mutton very well & marinate with cumin,coriander,turmeric,redchilli powder each (1teaspn),salt,2teaspn of oil.keep it for 2hr.
Boil the marinated mutton with 2 large potatoes upto 5whistles in a pressure cooker.
In a hot deep pan heat oil crackles cumin seeds.Add the chopped onions,red chillies and saute it very well.
Add the ginger garlic paste mix well.
Add the remaining all masalas except the garam masala powder.
Add tomatoes and chopped green chillies.
Add curd. Cooked it for a Min.
Now add the boiled mutton.Mix it well.
Add seasoning.Fry it well for 15mins.
Now add the remaining mutton stock with potatoes.
Let is boil for extra 10mins.
At last add the garam masala powder & chopped coriander leaves.
Ready to eat.

Serve this delicious mutton curry with a bowl of hot steamed rice..π
