So today i prepared a instant Naan for dinner. It is my first time but the taste was really good and my ma loved it. Hahhh it gives me a sweet pleasure😄😄
Naan is basically preaped by adding yeast. It takes 2 or 2 1/2 hour to make naan from the dough. But today i skip it and make the method very easy in only 30mins 😁;);) so let’s go for the recipe ;)👇
2cups Maida (Refined flour)
1cups Atta (flour)
Baking powder 1teaspn
Salt as required
Soda a pinch
Milk 1/2 cup
Oil 1 1/2 tblspn
Sugar 1 1/2 teaspn
Black sesame seeds for topping
Warm water as required
At first stir the refined and regular flour with adding baking powder,soda,salt. Now in the cup of curd add the sugar and oil and mix well. Now pour it to the dough mixture little by little. Add the milk and water as required. If the dough become to sticky add little bit of flour and kneed it well. Make a smooth dough and keep in to 30min covering with a wet towel.
After 30min heat a non stick pan or tawa. Role the dough don’t go for the round size. Prepare the tough thick without giving much pressure in it. Brush the flour slightly with water in both side and add seasme seeds topping in one side. Now place the Naan in the the non stick tawa (seasme seeds side), lightly press the one side so that the seasme seeds stick properly in the flour. Now turn it over and cover it and cook for 30sec, so that the bubbles appeared. Do same in the other side also. Apply melted butter immediately.
Served with mattar paneer or chicken butter masala. A perfect combo👌👌
