Today is my rest day .. No office 🙌.. And lots of time to enjoy my favourite work.. Which is cooking…. ! Thinking of to cook something special .. Yesterday i bought a canned tuna from a grocery store.. And as i was thinking to cook something unique, i make my mind to preapre this.. While giving an Indian twist.
I love the canned fish. But tuna fish is my favorite. And my mom loves it as well ! Tuna can be prepared in varieties of way, salad,mashed or fried.. I cooked the fish with few ingredients. Hope you guys will love it.
Canned tuna 1 (small size)
Chopped capsicums 1/2 cup
Onion paste 1cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tblspn
Turmeric,cumin,coriander,redchilli powder 1/2 teaspn each.
Garam masala powder 1teaspn
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion paste. Add the ginger garlic paste saute it well. Now add the capsicums fry it. Add the masalas again saute it. Add salt. Now add the canned tuna, mix it properly. At last add the garam masala. Its ready …😁
Note = The tuna is preservated fish.. It have salt in it. So be careful while adding extra salt. Check seasoning.
Don’t over fry the fish.. Otherwise it will be mashed. Tuna is very soft. Add it in the last moment. Stir it slightly.
