A very simple and delicious item which is my favourite !This is very easy to prepare and goes best with steamed rice and dal. There is a small story behind this chutney, in my childhood my aunt used to preapre this chutney always when we visit there place,and its make me happy. The taste of her chutney still remaining in my mouth and today i’m very much glade to share her recipe with you all, just giving a twist of mine! Craving for her delicious chutney!! And i simply decided to prepare it !!!
Garlic cloves 10
Dry red chillies 1 or 2
Green chili 1
Curry leaves 11
Sesame seeds 1tblspn
Water to make a paste
Salt as required
Lemon juice 1/2tblspn (optional)
Heat a pan.
Dry roast all ingredients except lemon juice.
Let it be cool and grind it in a smooth paste adding little water as required to make a paste.
At last add the lemon juice.
Check the seasoning which is most important👍
Serve it with rice,with sabzi or dal,this is a very perfect combo. Do try it & please let me know your feedbacks !
