Simple post workout smoothie🤗 

This is my favorite drink after my daily workout. It gives me lot of energy and stability. A best drink for the lean muscles growth.Very less ingredients needed and easy to make.I prepared it yesterday & have it after my postworkout.

Ingredients 

Chia seeds 1/2cup (Soaked in warm water for an hour)

Ripe banana 1 chopped 

Soya milk 1cup 

Almonds 5chopped 

Flax seeds for topping 

Method 

Grind all the ingredients in a mixture.Keep it in the refrigerator.Topped with flax seeds.Have it between 1hour after your workout done.Enjoy 💪🤗
